In December 2025, we invited wealth holders, family members, heirs and advisers through our professional and peer networks to share their experiences of family wealth. 93 people took part, voluntarily and anonymously, including participants in Europe, North America and the Middle East. 5 patterns emerged from what they told us. We hold them as questions for further research. 5 patterns ## What respondents told us - 01 Respondents described gaps between the wealth they hold and their arrangements for stewarding it. - 02 Trust, relationships and other non-financial dimensions of wealth emerged as important stewardship challenges. 43 of 91 respondents - 03 Preparing the rising generation emerged as a central concern. 47 of 91 respondents - 04 Respondents sought orientation before commitment. 49 of 93 ranked a short intensive first · 3 of 93 ranked long-term advisory first - 05 Taken together, the responses suggest a period of transition in how families hold and steward wealth.
