Formation at the School moves through three domains.
- Grounding — where a person first recognises the full wealth of a life, and what quietly depletes it.
- Meaning — where wealth is examined against identity, family and what a life is for.
- Orientation — where responsibility turns outward, toward institutions, generations and consequence.
Nine learning environments live across these domains, from dialogues and salons to residencies and immersive InTreats.
The flagship is UNCODED — the Rising Generation summer residency in Montreux, forming those who will carry wealth, authority and consequence before it is required of them.
