Private and sustained work
Some questions need more than a course.
A decision may need a focused inquiry. A new responsibility may call for formation over time. Other questions are best explored with people who share an experience, a role or a responsibility. The School holds each kind of work on its own terms, with no single path for everyone.
Focused Inquiries
For one question or consequential situation. Privately held, bounded, and shaped to what the work can responsibly address.

Before the SuccessionBy enquiry
Succession has more than one side. So does the work.
Private educational work for those handing over, those receiving responsibility, and others whose lives are affected. The inquiry tells apart assets, ownership, authority, role, and the judgment that cannot simply be transferred. Legal succession plans stay with your advisers, and each person speaks for themselves.
